This service includes: - Visiting the property to give advice on letting your property and suggested rental value.
- Professionally marketing your home via local newspaper advertising and the internet.
- Meet and interview all tenants.
- Arrange viewings by appointment and to ensure all viewings are accompanied.
- Obtain references and credit checks.
- Once satisfactory references are received, drawing up the tenancy agreement.
- Arrange for the tenant to sign the tenancy agreement and receive one months rent in advance and one months deposit.
- Submitting the tenants' security deposit to The Deposit Protection Service on your behalf, to be held for the length of the tenancy.
- Handover of keys.
